The Eidos Streamer is a big step for Goldmund: its first music server and streamer, built in collaboration with the Dutch audio specialists Pink Faun. It's a triumph of technology and design, engineered for audiophiles who demand uncompromising sound quality and intuitive usability.
The Eidos was tailored to complement Goldmund's active wireless speaker collection, so it connects wirelessly or by cable, through dual S/PDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) outputs. That gives you real freedom in how your system sits in a room.
Day to day, you run it from the Roon app. Pink Faun's proprietary OS (operating system) is optimized for Roon Core, integrating cleanly with your music library and delivering ongoing updates to keep your system ahead of the curve. A massive 8TB (terabyte) internal drive houses your music collection, with direct access to TIDAL, Qobuz and KKBOX alongside it. (Roon requires an active subscription.)
For wired setups, the dual S/PDIF output board provides perfect stereo channel separation. For wireless playback, a USB (Universal Serial Bus) Audio (V2) port with low-noise regulators does the work. Underneath, a unique motherboard-centered grounding system minimizes interference, and dedicated clocking circuits keep every connection precise and stable.

Designed for performance and elegance
The Eidos is crafted from CNC-milled (computer numerical control) aluminum and comes in sophisticated grey or black, so it blends into any luxury audio system or interior. Silent, passive cooling with water-filled heat pipes means no fan, and nothing to interrupt even the most immersive listening session.
